REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges after the point of sale.

 

However, in the unlikely event that there is a defect with the jewellery, you can return it to us within 7 days of receiving the product. To request a refund in such cases, please email us at dilhanjewels@gmail.com with your full name, order number, a description of the defect, and clear photo evidence. Refund requests without the required details may not be accepted.

 

Returns that are damaged, soiled, or not in their original condition may not be accepted and could be returned to the customer at their expense.For any client-specific or order-related inquiries, please contact us via email.
